How does the AI know the calories?
We use modern image-recognition neural models and food databases. Accuracy on typical dishes is 80–90%, lower on unusual ones. You can correct any value manually at any time — the bot remembers the correction.
Is this a medical product?
No. All figures are approximate (±20%). If you have a medical condition or a complex diet, consult a doctor or nutritionist. See the Offer Agreement for details.
Where is my data stored?
On a server in Moscow (Cloud.ru). Only anonymized data is sent abroad for AI photo analysis — no identifiers, name or contacts. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, anytime. Refunds are pro-rated for the unused part of the subscription. Email the address in Contacts — we'll process it within 10 business days.
How do I delete my account?
Use /delete_account in the bot, or email the address in the Contacts section. We'll erase everything within 10 business days (payment history is kept for 4 years by law).
